Throughout his career, Dr. Saeed has successfully led large-scale, consortium-based technology programs, supervised PhD researchers, and served as a trusted scientific advisor and consultant to leading UK and international companies. Dr. Lubna Siddiqui is Co-Founder of HOISYS and a senior NHS Consultant Paediatrician, bringing frontline clinical leadership and deep healthcare system expertise to the company’s vision of AI-enabled, patient-centric care. Her work ensures that HOISYS technologies are grounded in real-world clinical needs, safety, and outcomes—bridging innovation with everyday healthcare delivery.
Dr. Siddiqui is currently a Consultant Paediatrician at Yeovil Hospital NHS Foundation Trust, with a strong specialist interest in paediatric asthma, respiratory medicine, and allergy. She delivers high-quality care across acute, outpatient, and specialist clinic settings, managing both common and complex paediatric conditions. Her practice combines evidence-based medicine, advanced diagnostics, and family-centred care to improve long-term health outcomes for children.
Previously, Dr. Siddiqui served as a Consultant Paediatrician at the Royal Alexandra Children’s Hospital in Brighton and has held senior clinical roles across multiple NHS trusts. She has extensive experience leading multidisciplinary teams, running emergency and outpatient services, and contributing to clinical governance, quality improvement, and care pathway development.
Dr. Siddiqui is highly experienced in interpreting and applying advanced respiratory and allergy investigations, including spirometry, FeNO, and allergy testing, to deliver personalised and preventative care. She is also deeply committed to education and leadership, providing supervision and mentorship to junior doctors and trainees while maintaining the highest standards of clinical excellence.
She holds an MBBS degree and is a Member of the Royal College of Paediatrics and Child Health (MRCPCH), having completed specialist paediatric training within the UK. At HOISYS, Dr. Siddiqui plays a critical role in shaping clinically validated, ethically responsible, and scalable AI healthcare solutions—ensuring they are trusted by clinicians, safe for patients, and impactful for health systems.
